Public User Accounts (Homeowners/Business Owners): For submitting applications, scheduling inspections, and paying fees. To set up an account click on Setup An Account above to register.
Contractor Account: If you are a Licensed Contractor, and have done work in Los Altos before, click “forgot password” to reset/setup your account. Your CSLB number should be used as your username.
If you are a contractor that has never applied for a permit in Los Altos, please contact the building department to establish your eTrakit account. You can call 650-947-2752 or send an email to bldpermit@losaltosca.gov
