*The City of Los Altos makes every effort to keep the scheduled time frames for inspections. However, this is not a guarantee, if a scheduled inspection will not be completed in the assigned window every effort will be made to contact the scheduling party and notify them.
The City of Los Altos is a combination Inspection Jurisdiction, ALL appropriate trades shall be completed at the time of your requested inspection.
AM Inspections will be performed between 8:30AM -12:00PM
PM Inspection will be performed between 12:30PM - 3:30PM
If you selected ANY it will be assigned to AM or PM the morning of your inspection.
